At Wellness360 we use a microscopic diagnostic tool to look at the condition of your skin and your hair. This is important to establish a baseline, make a diagnosis and recommend the most appropriate therapy to address your skin and hair needs!
Microdermabrasion (MDA) is a minimally invasive procedure used to renew overall skin tone and texture. It’s a physical resurfacer that uses a diamond tip to gently remove the top layers of the skin to reveal a clear, more radiant skin tone. MDA can be used on its own or in combination with other in-clinic treatments. is It can improve the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, acne scarring, melasma, and other skin-related concerns.
Skin needling allows for controlled induction of the skin’s self-repair mechanism by creating micro “injuries” in the skin which triggers a whole cascade of events that result in new collagen synthesis. The result is smoother, firmer and younger looking skin down the line. A great treatment for all skin types especially patients with acne scarring, enlarged pores and moderate to severe wrinkling. Skin needling procedures are performed in a safe and precise manner with the use of the sterile Dermapen needle head. The procedure is normally completed within 20 minutes for the entire face and neck and up to 60 minutes for the body depending on the size of the problem area. This is a great treatment for stretch marks and sagging/crepey skin.
Dermaplaning is a skin treatment that uses an exfoliating blade to skim dead skin cells and hair from your face. It’s also called microplaning or blading. Dermaplaning aims to make your skin’s surface smooth, youthful, and radiant. It’s a physical resurfacing treatment that helps to treat acne scarring, dull skin, dry skin, sun-damaged skin and fine wrinkles. It is a beautiful treatment suitable for all skin types.
Chemical peels are used to remove damaged skin cells, to reveal healthier younger looking skin.
There are different types of peels: light, medium, and deep. In this treatment, a chemical solution is applied to the skin, which creates controlled inflammation of the skin, eventually peeling off to reveal healthier, smoother, glowing skin.
Chemical peels can be done on the face, neck, torso, hands and any other areas of concern for targeted treatment. They can be used to reduce pigmentation, fine lines under the eyes and around the mouth, treat wrinkles caused by sun damage and aging, improve the appearance of mild scars, treat certain types of acne, reduce age spots, freckles, and dark patches (melasma) due to pregnancy or contraceptives, and to improve the look and feel of your skin.
At Wellness360 we use a range of peels to treat inflammation, rosacea, acne, pigmentation, skin laxity, dehydration, dull skin, sun damage, rough texture, fine lines and pores.

Fire & Ice – The Red Carpet Facial
Not a ‘feel good’ salon facial, but a medical facial! This is an intensive clinical treatment designed to resurface the skin, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, smooth and soften, while encouraging cellular renewal. Serums and creams with aromas of warm cinnamon and cool peppermint compliment precise combinations of two professional treatment masks. The Fire & Ice peel is perfect for a special occasion, such as a Wedding, Anniversary, Birthday or simply to treat your skin! The skin will feel tight and firm after the procedure with an immediate glow that will continue to improve for days after the peel. There is no downtime with this procedure, making it perfect for that red carpet event! This iS Clinical peel may be repeated at four-week intervals for a series of 6 peels until the desired clinical effect is achieved. With each additional treatment, you will see a gradual improvement in the radiance and complexion of your skin.

The technique uses very fine needles to deliver a series of injections into the middle layer (mesoderm) of skin. Mesotherapy is used to correct underlying issues like poor circulation and inflammation that cause skin damage, to increase collagen and elastin tissue synthesis to give you that natural fill and lift, or to improve your scalp condition for fuller, healthier hair. Different mesotherapy ingredients are used for different indications. Mesotherapy treats your skin from the bottom up, with long lasting results. At Wellness360 we can free-hand the treatment or use the Vital Injector to deliver the product into the desired part of your skin.
AQUAGOLD ® fine touch ™ is a 24ct patented gold-plated micro-injection system that painlessly delivers custom solutions into the skin at the ideal depth to reach the dermis. The device has a reservoir that can be filled with ingredients tailored to your specific skin needs – such as vitamins, enzymes, hormones plant extracts, micro quantities of botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid fillers. It is applied gently to the surface of the skin, with the entire treatment taking less than 20 minutes!
Aquagold Fine Touch allows for alternative uses of injectables such as toxin and fillers to achieve whole-face rejuvenation. “Microtox” or “Mesotox” is a term used for the application of botulinum toxin injection into the dermis of the skin rather than into the muscle. Aquagold allows treatment of larger areas of the dermis for an overall skin tightening, rejuvenation and plumping effect, with no effect on the muscle.
The result is that skin appears relaxed, smoother, and glowing with improved skin tone and pore size.
Multiple Scientific and Clinical studies show that the injectable Hair Filler:
- Promotes increased blood circulation to the scalp and hair follicles
- Revitalises hair follicles and helps with hair cell proliferation
- Induces hair growth by increasing the size of the hair follicle
- Prevents hair loss
- Maintains hair growth
By injecting this innovative sustained release complex of Peptides into the dermis of the scalp, where the hair follicles lie, places the necessary active ingredients directly into the area of concern, thus increasing efficacy.
The Hair Filler is injected using a serial technique approx. 1cm apart into the dermis of the scalp. Initially, one treatment session every 2 weeks for 2 months is suggested (i.e., a total of 4 sessions). Thereafter repeat sessions can be administered depending on progress and to maintain the results long-term.
Many visible signs of aging can be traced back to volume loss. Enter hyaluronic acid skin boosters and dermal fillers! Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in our skin, it keeps the skin nicely hydrated and plump.
Fillers are a line of hyaluronic acid–based gel-like products that help smooth wrinkles and plump your cheeks and lips. They are typically used in cheeks, lips, nasolabial folds, and for smoker’s lines; but they can also be used to rejuvenate hands and to fill acne scars. The procedure is performed in a doctor’s office with local anaesthesia. It typically takes less than an hour, allowing you to go home right afterward. There is minimal or no downtime, so you can return to work immediately. Results are visible immediately after the procedure, since the volume underneath your skin starts smoothing out wrinkles right after the injection. Complete effects can be seen within a week to two weeks. Fillers can be used in combination with a neurotoxin such as Botox for a complete liquid facelift!
BOTOX® is a muscle relaxant used to treat a number of conditions within the body. It contains the active substance Botulinum toxin type A and is injected into the muscles to decrease excessive contraction of those muscles. In aesthetic practice it is normally used for frown lines, also known as the 11 lines; the forehead lines; crows feet; bunny lines; the orange peel dimples in the chin; to relax the jaw and to treat excessive underarm sweating.
The treatment takes a few minutes, and the full effects are visible in 2 weeks.
Intravenous (IV) drip therapy is an effective way to deliver nutrients, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and medications to the body. Supplements are customised to your needs to offer a variety of health benefits.
It is true that we can derive all our body’s nutrient needs from nutritious food, however this is not always possible. From poor food and lifestyle choices, the body is exposed to toxins and pollutants that damage our skin, and increase inflammation in the body leading to sickness and disease. The right IV cocktail mops up free radicals from these toxins, decreasing inflammation and revitalising your health.
Because supplements are delivered directly, IV drips have the potential to impact and improve the function of a wide variety of body systems at a cellular level, thus proving to be a good complement to a healthy diet and lifestyle.
So if it is a brighter, healthier skin you seek, an energy or immune boost you need, some mojo for that special weekend getaway…IV nutrition might just be the thing.
Carboxytherapy is an infusion of heated medical grade carbon dioxide gas just beneath the skin’s surface. The body interprets this as an oxygen deficit and responds by increasing blood flow to the area. This increase in arterial blood floods the area with oxygen, growth factors and nutrients, which encourages cell restoration and tissue regeneration.
The result is increased collagen production which helps to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, stretch marks, cellulite and decrease pigmentation and dark circles under the eye. For localised fat deposits such as the double chin, the heated gas is introduced deep into the fat at high volume which breaks up the fat cell, stimulates new vessel and collagen formation, resulting in fat reduction, tightening and overall rejuvenation. Carboxytherapy is amazing for vaginal rejuvenation, to tighten, increase lubrication, libido, and intensify orgasms.
Carboxytherapy is a safe, minimally invasive, clinically proven method to rejuvenate, restore, and recondition the skin and treat wrinkles, laxity, cellulite, stretch marks and fat pockets. The treatment has no downtime and a single session takes only a few minutes.

LED light therapy is a non-invasive procedure where a light emitting device is applied to the treatment area (hair, face or body) using a selected wavelength for targeted treatment. Different wavelengths are absorbed by the skin and body at different depths. These include blue (415nm), red (633nm) and infrared (830nm) light wavelengths to treat acne, increase collagen synthesis, and improve wound healing etc.
Each LED light therapy session is about 15 to 20min. Phototherapy can be used individually or in combination with other treatments, and can be used in combination with a photosensitive compound for photodynamic therapy.
Red light is used for collagen stimulation and skin rejuvenation. When the light is applied to your skin, it is absorbed, stimulating the proliferation of fibroblasts, collagen synthesis and growth factors. More collagen means that your skin will look smoother and fuller, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Red light also reduces inflammation while improving circulation, which can give you a healthier glow.
Blue LED light therapy on the other hand, is used in the treatment of acne. It targets the sebaceous glands, which are oil producing glands. Sebaceous glands are located beneath your hair follicles, they are necessary for lubricating your skin and hair. However, these glands can become overactive, leading to oily skin and acne. Blue light therapy targets these oil glands and makes them less active, resulting in fewer acne breakouts. Blue light can also kill acne-causing bacteria in the skin (Propionibacterium acne), which in combination with other treatments helps to treat severe acne, including cysts and nodules. Oftentimes, blue LED light is used in conjunction with red LED light to help treat acne, decrease scarring and promote anti-inflammatory effects.
IR light penetrates deeper than red or blue light, to soft tissue, connective tissue and bone. The benefits of IR include pain relief, reduction of muscle tension, relaxation, accelerated muscle healing and recovery, improved bone repair, improved circulation, and wound healing.
